Age Requirements (18+)
You must be at least 18 to create an account, match, message, or appear in any content on the platform. Any involvement of minors — including images, references, or conversations — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
Treat people with respect
Harassment, hate speech, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind is not tolerated. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable and valued while using KULTURE.
Be authentic
Your profile should accurately represent who you are. Do not impersonate others, use misleading information, or create fake accounts.
Honor boundaries and consent
Never pressure anyone to share personal information, pictures, or to meet in person. Consent, in all forms, is essential.
Keep content appropriate
Profiles, photos, bios, and messages should remain respectful and suitable for a general audience. Inappropriate, explicit, or offensive content is not allowed. Explicit sexual content, nudity, pornographic material, and sexually suggestive content involving minors are not permitted.
Respect different experiences
People come to KULTURE with different stories, upbringings, and levels of connection to their culture. Approach conversations with openness and respect.
No threats or harmful behavior
Threats, encouragement of harm, graphic content, or any behavior that puts another person at risk is strictly prohibited.
No illegal or dangerous content
Content involving weapons, illegal drugs, or promotion of dangerous or illegal activity is not allowed on KULTURE.
No scams, fraud, or deceptive behavior
Catfishing, financial scams, misleading intentions, or attempts to obtain personal or financial information under false pretenses are not tolerated.
No spam
Repetitive messaging, mass messaging, or attempting to redirect users to external platforms for non-personal reasons is not allowed.
No impersonation
Do not pretend to be someone else. Profiles must belong to real individuals using their own identity and photos.
Reporting and Enforcement
Safety is a shared responsibility. If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it directly through the app.
Our team reviews reports and takes action based on the severity of the issue. This may include:
- Warnings
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent removal
